Good morning, Joseph,

I wanted to give you a heads up about a great opportunity for you to tell everyone about New Mexico State Veterans benefits.  VA Central Office has designated Nov. 1st as a day for every VA facility to hold an open house, to celebrate “Veterans Month” and not just Veterans Day. Here is what we are doing in Albuquerque:

We will have several tables arranged with folding chairs on November 1st outdoors, within our medical center’s Canteen Courtyard, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

I will spread the word by way of news release, staff announcements and social media.  We just need to get a rough headcount of how many people want table space that day.

I realize that you will be in our lobby the day before (Oct. 31), and I won’t be able to offer electric power for computer support, but would you or another NMDVS representative be interested in table space that day to promote your programs?

Thanks!
